Support for Energy and Cost of Living Crisis

We recognise the challenges faced by everyone in the current economic climate and have been successful in securing funding to help our tenants through our partners at  The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations and Glasgw and West of Scotland Forum.

We have received 2 rounds of funding for this winter period.

- Funding to help with energy efficiency measures

- Financial support for energy costs. Tenants will be contacted soon to provide details to allow financial support payments to be made. Payments will start to be made early in early January.

Please ensure that all forms are returned.

Our priority is the safety of our tenants and staff and while we aim to complete repairs within the agreed timescales,  it may be the case that some repairs are taking slightly longer to complete due to awaiting materials and contractor shortages.

We continue to arrange servicing of gas installations, as this is a legal requirement and thank all tenants to enable us to retain 100% of this service.

Fly tipping is an offence and a fine of up to £250 can be imposed if evidence identifies the cuplrit.
Please help us keep Ruchazie clean and tidy and free from rubbish.
